Schoolies Crew -After School Supports for Teens In Ipswich
Schoolies Crew is our shiny brand new program for 2024. Mum's and Dad's already have it tough raising teens and having a safe after school space for teens to come, relax, engage in purposeful activities -as well as make some new friends along the way! We pick up from local schools in Ipswich and will run 2.30pm-6pm school days with a school holiday program in the works. Exciting times! Spaces are limited to best get in touch now and secure your spot before they are all gone!
Support Coordination
Do you have an NDIS plan and not sure how to use it? We can support you to read, understand, and implement your plan. As well as work with you to source support services that meet your needs and help you achieve your goals.
Short Term Accommodation Holidays and Short Getaways
Fancy getting away for a few days or even a week to a place you’ve always wanted to go? We can help you with that! All-inclusive holiday packages are available (Supports staff, accommodation, food, and activity costs are covered!) In the last 12 months we have been to Cairns, Tangalooma, Coffs Harbour, The Sunshine Coast AND to Sydney for the Origin decider!! SO MUCH FUN!!!
There are many STA options available, and we do love to be creative in how we can support you to have a memorable experience.
In Home Support
We offer in-home support services that will support you to stay living in your home as long as possible. We do anything from doing the shopping, housework, washing, ironing..you name it we can do it! This can also be mixed in with Community Access, and it's definitely as flexible as you want it to be!
Community Access
Getting out and exploring the world is what it's all about! Our staff loves getting out with people, getting involved in the community, and enjoying all it has to offer. We will work with you around your goals and help you achieve them!
Supported Independent Living ILO
This is not your average living arrangement. This is a shared living arrangement (or on your own) with someone you WANT to live with. Our support staff are simply a guest in your home whilst we do our best to support and guide you through the general day to day of living as independently as possible.
Social Crew!!!
Do you want to meet some new people, make some new friends and get out and about in Brisbane! Every week we have a different schedule of activities to choose from that are all about getting out into the world and having new experiences, or visiting old ones...BUT the main objective it so meet new people and have fun! Some of these programs also include lunch as a part of the program.
